Silver Level Plan for Cars & Trucks (Less than 10,000 GVW)
  • A coupon book is issued that contains a coupon for each prescribed preventive maintenance procedure that is recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Non-scheduled & repair items, including tires may be included.
  • Includes all cars and light duty trucks.
  • Pay as you go (excellent cash flow) --- you are billed as the maintenance is performed.
  • It is ideally suited for the client operating cars and light trucks requiring a minimal preventive maintenance with access to performance reports and Web Site access.

Gold Level Plan for Trucks (Greater than 10,000 GVW)
  • "Pro-active" with control of all maintenance coordinated by CLP headquarters
  • It includes medium and heavy duty trucks and tractors
  • Pay as you go (excellent cash flow tool) --- you are billed as the maintenance or repairs are performed.
  • Ideally suited for those clients operating medium and heavy duty trucks requiring a controlled comprehensive maintenance program that eliminates the "guess work" and allows them to concentrate on their core business.

Platinum Level Plan (Full Maintenance)

Emergency Road Service

  • Our nationwide emergency road service that comes with Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans is one of our biggest assets and your driver's best friend.
  • Centrally Controlled 24hrs/365 days per year, our experienced technicians are ready for the call.  There is also no cash outlay from the driver to have the road service performed.

  • Vendor Locator Software:  By city and state or phone exchange, we can access over 37,000 vendors equiped to handle any breakdowns.  This system is the most technologically advanced system in the industry being used today.

Maintenance Management for Gold and Platinum Plans (Vehicles 10,001 GVW and Higher):
  • CommerciaLease Plus' Gold and Platinum Maintenance Management Programs take the guess work out of the maintenance of vehicles and puts the control of fleet management where it belongs, in the hands of CLP's professional staff.  The program is managed as follows:

    • Maintenance Intervals - CLP's Maintenance Management Department (CLP HQ) shall establish maintenance intervals based on the manufacturer's recommendation, annual mileage, application, and type of vehicle.
    • Vendor Selection - In the rare instance when a dealer is not selected as the vendor, CLP Headquarters shall utilize its databank of 37, 000 repair facilities to select candidates. Vendors shall be interviewed prior to selection by CLP's maintenance staff.
    • Customer and Vendor Orientation - On site meetings shall be electronically scheduled with key contacts prior to the beginning of service.

  • All preventive maintenance shall be electronically scheduled and monitored by CLP.  Coordination between vendor and the customer is monitored by CLP through completion of P.M./Oil Change and audit of same.
  • Non scheduled maintenance shall be performed by CLP thorugh the use of CLP's 24 hour service "hot line". Calls directed to the servicing facility shall be handled by the vendor according to pre-established policies and procedures agreed to between CLP and the vendor.
  • Emergency Road Service:  All breakdowns shall be immediately responded to by CLP through the use of CLP's 24 hour service "hot line". CLP's average down-time, from the time the call comes in until the vehicle is up and running, averages under 90 minutes across the country.
  • Warranty Recovery and Assistance:  CLP administrators will meet with manufacturers on the customer's behalf to ensure they receive the maximum from the warranties available.
  • Quality Control and Audit:  CLP shall perform Quality Control Audits through the use of driver and local management feedback.
National Fuel Card Program

This is a program for those customers who want the simplicity of a single fleet program provider, coverage of multiple suppliers, exceptional card control, and the financial advantage of no fees.
